14 days to change your mind
Not happy with your purchase? No problem. You have 14 days to return your order free of charge and get your full purchase amount back – quick and simple.
How to return:
- Get in touch at info@led.nl
- Put the item back in its original packaging
- Use the return label you receive by e-mail
- You receive your refund within 5–7 working days of us receiving the item
After the 14 days:
You can still return a product if it is faulty. In that case you only pay the shipping cost of the return label.
Please note: items must be unused and in their original condition to qualify for a return.
