Did you order before 12:00 on a working day? Then you can expect your order tomorrow! Did you order during the weekend? Then your package will be delivered on Tuesday.

Our parcels are delivered by DPD. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a Track & Trace code on which you can see the status of your delivery. If you are not at home when your order is delivered, our delivery staff will try your neighbours before dropping off the parcel at a collection point.

For orders under €49.99, €4.99 shipping costs will be charged.

Returns

Of course, it can happen that you cancel an order. At led.nl we offer you 30 days to cancel the purchase. Returns are always free of charge. You don't pay a red cent for returning a package.

• Step 1: Register your order for return. You can do this by sending us an email (info@led.nl) or via your account
• Step 2: State the reason for return (not mandatory). This can help us resolve your request faster. Add an image for clarification where necessary.
• Step 3: Your return request will be processed within 2 working days. In the vast majority of cases, you will receive a return stamp and instructions to return the package free of charge. However, it is also possible that we can resolve your complaint without you returning the package to us.

Not satisfied? Money back!
After receiving your order, you have 30 days to fully cancel the purchase. You will receive the full purchase price including any shipping costs, provided the item is returned in its original condition. Unfortunately, used and/or damaged items cannot be refunded.

Defects & damages
During the extensive distribution process, a product can get damaged. You absolutely do not have to worry about this. Defects and damage are usually resolved within 1-3 working days. Send us a photo, your order number and a short description of your complaint and we will resolve this for you as soon as possible. Even if you no longer have packaging, you are still entitled to warranty.
