Warranty Policy

Should any complications unexpectedly arise after using a product, I request that you contact us. The legal guarantee applies to all items that you purchase from us. Legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer may reasonably expect from it. We provide a one-year guarantee on products, unless otherwise stated, usually you have a 3-year no-hassle guarantee.

This also applies to products that were delivered damaged. In this case, we request that you send a photo of the product to our email address. We will assess your return request within 2 working days, after which we will provide you with instructions to exchange it free of charge.

Has an item become defective over time? Find your order number and contact us. We try to resolve such matters as simply as possible for you. For example, you may have a new item at home within two working days. It is also possible that the defective item will be repaired free of charge within an acceptable repair period. This may differ per item.

Exception to warranty – There are exceptions to the warranty regulations. We do not provide a warranty on damage caused by incorrect or careless use. If your application shows that careless handling has taken place, your warranty application may be rejected.

If we cannot replace the product, we will look for a similar copy together. If that does not help, we will proceed to a (partial) refund of the purchase price.
